How a controlled pilot works

1. Introductory conversation — a short call about how records reach you today. No commitment and no software involved.
2. Scope and data agreement — what the pilot covers, which records are in scope, where they live and who may access them, in writing, before anything is configured.
3. Configured environment — a clinic environment set up separately from this public sandbox, limited to the named people in the agreement.
4. Supervised use — a small number of real workflows, reviewed with you. Every output stays a draft for a clinician to accept, correct or discard.
5. Review and decision — what worked, what did not, and what would have to change. Ending the pilot and having the data removed is a normal outcome.
